Program Overview
Empower's In House League is a beginner to intermediate program for young athletes, boys and girls. All skill levels are welcome ages 8 through 18 years old. Each season includes one 90 minute practice day and a weekly match. Cost includes a practice shirt and a game shirt. All necessary training equipment is provided on site. In our league, NO CUTS are made!

Program Details
Practice Days
Practice days will be Tuesdays or Thursdays from 5:30-7:00 pm or 7:00-8:30 pm. Games will be played on Friday evenings provided there are no scheduling conflicts.

You do not need to bring your own volleyball. Knee pads and gym shoes are required.

LOCATION
All practices and games will be held at the Romeoville Athletic Center located at 55 Phelps Ave.
