Whether you are new to the sport or have experience, we are sure to have a program that welcomes you to our club. RECREATIONAL VOLLEYBALL

Empower's In House League volleyball is perfect for all ages and all skill levels. Beginners will learn the fundamentals while intermediate players will enjoy a fun environment in which to sharpen their skills. This program runs year-round and is great for boys and girls of all ages and abilities. Our recreational league does not cut players and all equipment is provided. Click HERE for more information!

CLUB VOLLEYBALL

Club volleyball offers a more competitive program for advanced players. More weekly training, specialized position training, strength conditioning, and travel competitions offer a challenging environment for higher skilled athletes. Season begins in October and runs until mid June. This program is for boys and girls ages 10-18 at an intermediate to advanced skill level. Click HERE for information!

The best place for any school age boy/girl and young adults wanting to learn and play volleyball. It is run extremely well from the board down to coaches and refs. Great location and reasonably priced per session. Will be coming back for many years.
