REFUND POLICY

A refund may be requested in full up until the first day of the season (evaluation day). After evaluation day, refunds will be given only at the discretion of the board of directors and only in an emergency situation. If given, refunds will exclude a non-refundable fee of $50 for apparel and equipment supplied to the athlete.

Refunds or prorated fees will not be issued for missed games or lack of attendance whether it's due to injury, illness, or personal matters.

WAIT LIST POLICY

If the program has reached full capacity, you will be directed to register for our Wait List.

  • Wait list registrants are not required to complete payment unless they have been accepted into the program.
  • Wait list registrants should STILL participate in the Evaluation Day process.
  • Wait list participants will be added to the program on a first come, first served basis and as spots in their specific age group become available.
  • Once a spot becomes available, you will be notified via phone or email. You will then have the choice to take the spot or decline it. If you choose to accept the spot, payment will be required prior to being added to a team. If your payment is not made within the same day, your spot may be given to the next player on the wait list.

Our League Divisions

In an effort to create a more competitive and developmentally appropriate playing experience for our athletes, we form our teams based on age, experience, and skill level.

To ensure that athletes are placed in the most appropriate division, our league registration requires attending our Evaluation Day. Evaluations are a way for coaches to see where your child is in terms of abilities. This helps us place them on a team that is well suited for them. No cuts will be made.

Once evaluations have concluded, we will assemble teams and assign coaches. You will then receive your team assignment information via email.

*Mainly consists of the following grade levels

  • Sparks Division

    2nd - 4th grade

  • Flames Division

    5th - 6th grade

  • Fire Division

    7th - 8th grade

  • Blaze Division

    9th - 12th grade
